The Disney Princess Book Tag!

Hello!
All the way back in November (wow, has it really been that long?) I was tagged by Hamlette for The Disney Princess Book tag! It sounds like so much fun that I had to do it! (her idea for putting the princesses pictures next to the books) Thank you so much Hamlette!
I believe that this graphic was made by Rissi.
The Disney Princess Book Tag:
1. Snow White - Name your favorite classic

(I can't tell you how many times I had to rewrite this bit...)
Peter Pan - by J. M. Barrie

2. Cinderella - Name a book that kept you reading well past your bedtime

Which one of the many?
Ahem. Anyway...

The Golden Compass - by Philip Pullman. I didn't like it, but I stayed up ssooo late reading it because I was curious of what would happen.

3. Aurora - Name your favorite classic romance

Pride & Prejudice - by Jane Austen.

4. Ariel - Name a book that's about making sacrifices and fighting for your dreams

Where the Mountain Meets the Moon - by Grace Lin (soooo good!)

5. Belle - Name a book with a smart and independent female character

Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables - by L. M. Montgomery

6. Jasmine - Name a book with a character who challenged the social conventions of his or her world

Desperaux in The Tale of Desperaux - by Kate DiCamillo. All the other mice are always afraid, and think that it is good to be afraid. Desperaux has courage.

7. Pocahontas - Name a book with an ending that was a roller-coaster of emotions

The Hobbit - by J. R. R. Tolkien. (Or, Hattie Big Sky)

8. Mulan - Name a book with a totally boss female character

Quincy St. Claire from The Q - by Beth Brower. She has focus and strength. She, and this book, make me happy.

9. Tiana - Name a book featuring a hardworking, self-made character

It is late at night and I am drawing a blank. I seriously cannot think of anyone. When (if) I do I'll add them.

I've had some time to think about it, and I am going with Laura Ingalls from The Little House on the Prairie series - by Laura Ingalls Wilder.

10. Rapunzel - Name a book that features an artist

The only one I can think of is Amy March from Little Women - by Louisa May Alcott.

11. Merida - Name a book that features a mother-daughter relationship

Five Little Peppers and How They Grew - by Margaret Sidney. All the children have a relationship with their mother, but I really love Polly and hers.

12. Anna and Elsa - Name a book that features a great relationship between siblings

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe - by C. S. Lewis. Look, there is even snow...

I tag:
Anyone who has watched a Disney Princess movie in the last month.

Thank you so much for tagging me, Hamlette!

Have any of you read any of these books? I did do the right answers?

    1. Thanks! I think it's time for a reread for me as well. The last time I read it was in 2015! How can it have been that long?

Yes! It is so good. Such a sweet story, and it was one of my favorites that I read last year!

Elsa being a snow queen and all... :D

      Thank you so much, Olivia!
